RETURNS
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new shades for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping them back here to our office within 30 days of the delivery date. Your items must be returned in full packaging without any damage to receive a full refund. We suggest placing them in the provided clear plastic bag or microfiber pouch to ensure they will not be scratched or damaged during shipping. Items that are scratched or damaged will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your new shades for store credit within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping them back here to our office within 30 days of the delivery date. Your items must be returned in full packaging without any damage to receive a full refund. We will not issue store credit for products that are shipped back after 30 days from the delivery date.
Please note before making your exchange that:
- We will not issue store credit for product that are shipped back after 30 days from the delivery date.
- You will be credited for the amount you paid for the product minus the original shipping fees paid
- Your items must be returned in full packaging without any damage to receive a store credit. We suggest placing your items in the provided plastic bag or microfiber pouch to protect it from scratches during shipping.
- Samba Shades is not responsible for returned products lost in transit and we suggest you use a reliable and track-able carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
- If the product you received is broken or damaged please email us a photo of the product for review
